S&OP Plug-in Instllation Issue IBP

Dear Experts,

Recently our Windows 10 got some updates and due to that Microsoft Office has been also updated to 2016. Previously we were working on Excel-2013. Now we are not able to install S&OP plug-in and getting below error.

We are having Windows 10-64 bit and excel 2016 of 64 bit too.

S&OP Version: Version 3.0.3.0

Excel S&OP add-in version-

SOPEXCELADDON02_3-10013248

Kindly let us know if 2016 excel is not supported by IBP S&OP.

Hello Gaurav,

there are some prerequisites to using the new Office Versions. Please see Note 2135948.

I assume from the error that you need in addition to also install the Visual Basic. That is also mentioned as one prerequisite in that note.

Hi Anna,

Thanks for your quick response on this. I was checking this note. We have the older version of Visual Basic in system right now. I have asked my local IT team to update the Microsoft Visual Basic and get the latest version. I will try installing it again afterwards and let you know the outcome.
