S/4 Hana - EWM INB delivery not creating

Team,

I am using S4 & embedded EWM system & created a PO and did an I/B delivery and saved it and system says saved and distrubuted. But when i go to inbound queue and look at the log, there it says the following errors.

1) Could not create header data delivery 01xxxxxxxx, system XXXCLNT100

2) Error during mapping: material XXXX does not exist

3)Cannot create item 000010 of delivery 01xxxxxxxx from system XXXCLNT100

4)Plant WMXX/stge loc. 1030 not linked to warehouse number

How to fix these errors? Help very much appreciated.

Hi N M ,

Please check these 2 settings :

1) IMG-> EWM -> Interfaces -> ERP Integration -> General Settings -> Map Warehouse Numbers from ERP System to EWM.

Check whether ERP Warehouse & EWM Warehouse is assigned to Business system.

2) IMG-> EWM -> Interfaces -> ERP Integration -> Goods Movements -> Map Storage Locations from ERP system to EWM

Check plant/SLoc/Logical System/Warehouse/Availability Group are maintained for both 1030 & 1040 storage locations with respective Availability Groups.

The issue is resolved, but i went back and checked

1) IMG-> EWM -> Interfaces -> ERP Integration -> General Settings -> Map Warehouse Numbers from ERP System to EWM.

& i cant see the business system attached to my ERP and EWM W/H... not sure how? but am able to see the delivery in EWM and able to confirm the Warehouse order. See attached pic.,

2) IMG-> EWM -> Interfaces -> ERP Integration -> Goods Movements -> Map Storage Locations from ERP system to EWM

Yes this is perfectly maintained.

I found the solution. I assigned the wrong EWM warehouse to the S/4 warehouse, once i changed it, i can see my delivery in EWM and able to confirm..
