Rules not getting determined

Hello Experts,

We are having some problem related to Rule based ATP. We have doing location substitution via the rules that are set up in RBA04.

Here is the scenario:

We have primary location A and secondary location B

Created an order and it determines that B have the stock

We ran the BOP with multiple products and locations

Got several items in red ie unconfirmed inspite of the fact that either primary or secondary location have stocks

Checked those materials and ran AC04.

When we execute AC04 we just see on location and not the second one

Ideally when we do this, irrespective of stock situation, it should show both the locations.

Not able to determine the cause of this issue. Can someone please help on as which setting we are missing?

In AC04, which screen do you see?

APO Availability Check: Result Overview (SImulation)

OR

APO Availability Check: Confirmation (Sales Order)

Thanks for the reply. We got the issue resolved. The reason was a missing note that we applied and it started working.
