Hello,

I want to see the job ribbon in exel add-in. Currently it is not available.

How can I controll the availabily through restriction filter or user role , catalog

looks like you have no authorization for any job or operator, as really nothing is displayed.

OnlineHelp provides you with the info about authorizations in general.

if you define job templates, you can set a flag that a job can be executed from excel in many job templates.

There is new functionality with 2211 as well New Business Catalogs for Subsets of Application Job Templates | SAP Help Portal

But in all cases, the user must have the authorization for the underlying functionality of the job.

If for example you define a job template where one of the steps contain a certain forecast algorithm, and the user role does not provide this, then the user will not see the job template
