RTI OBP Excel Key Figure SALESORDERREQUEST - Sales Order Request

Hi all,

SalesOrders created on S4H side at DCs level can be viewed in IBP app but not in the Excel planning view at Key Figure SALESORDERREQUEST level!

However, when we are running heuristic Supply Planning run, distribution receipts are created to cover the quantities of the sales orders created at DCs level even if they are not visible in Excel.

We are using AddIn for Excel version is 2202.3.0 and RDS_IBP 2202 with CSV. file template version 2202!

Regenerate planning objects job is not supported by RTI!

Thanks for the link. All setups it was done as per documentation! We didn't missed any step.

We missed just the restrictions:

Please note that you have to maintain the following restriction types for your business role:

• Restriction type MDPLOB_PLAREA_VRSIO_MD_EDIT_SC which corresponds to the authorization object IBP_MDPLOB and can be restricted further by planning area, planning level, and version.
• Restriction type MPOTYP which corresponds to the authorization object IBP_PLOBAV and controls whether planning objects can be deleted.

We still have the same issue!

Hi Marius,

How did you solve this issue? Apparently I am also facing the same problem. I have not noticed this issue while working with planning area based on external master data.
