RRP4 query

What could be the possible reasons to have orders in RRP4 with no source location?

Example:

Procurement type : 15 (external procurement)

Category: Purchase requisitions

Source location: blank

My observation: Target locations are all overflow locations

My question: What all parameters I need to check in APO/ERP to get rid of this issue.

Do you have a valid transportation lane ?

For external procurement source of supply is a transportation lane.
