ROH Materials got transferred to APO despite having no filter in Integration Models

Hi Experts,

We have a situation where Raw materials (ROH) have got transferred to APO system. But there is no active integration model that have ROH as selection in filter criteria.

We investigated all IM's that are active (from /sapapo/cc transaction) and they have no filters making ROH materials eligible for transfer.

Also, there were no changes made in material master in R3, that could make them eligible for transfer and changed back by master data team.

We have checked SLG1 logs. Tables CIF_IMOD, CIF_IMMAT in ECC side, but still not getting the clue. It happened a month earlier so logs are deleted.

Is there a way we could trace how and why this happened, and we can prevent it in future?

Thanks for the reply, currently they're not in any active IM, is there any other way we can check if these were included in IMODEL by accident, we only know the date from MAT1 when these got transferred. But past IM logs are deleted from the system.

search for an example material number in CFM5 transaction, to see if it is included in any IMODEL by accident.

If you have unwanted products at APO, use MASSD transaction to set a block indicator on them. Deletion report is /SAPAPO/DELETE_PRODUCTS.
