RF Receiving without HU

Hello, Does anyone know if RF receiving can be done without HU? I am aware that I'm able to run the receiving(=post GR) via transaction:/SCWM/PRDI even if HU is not created.

Meanwhile, if HU doesn't exist in the EWM, HU creation seems like mandatory in RF receiving. Is there any customizing to change RF receiving to skip HU creation? Really appreciate if any advice.

Hi hasada,

All the standard SAP RF inbound receiving required the HU's.

If you want to process the Inbound with out HU then you should go for a custom solution.

From PRDI you can do the GR process without HU.
