rf framework - request cert in handheld

Hi experts, we are implement ewm rf framework &when i try to connect using handheld & got below request cert msg..

Kindly advise if i have miss out any setting in SICF/other root cause for this msg.

"The Web site you want to view requests identification. Select the certificate to use when connecting"
