Reversal of 101 movement in synchronous goods movement EWM S4

Hi,

I am using S4 and have done 101 movement (GR in warehouse) against a production order - Synchronous goods movement.

Is it possible to reverse the 101 movement using migo? My stock in still in a storage type : GR from Prod.

Any suggestions?

In general synchronous goods reversal is supported. There are quite a few notes about that, but none of them says it's not supported. Also if you look at BAPIs and APIs used in Synchronous Goods Movements, functions like:

• BAPI_GOODSMVT_CANCEL
• BAPI_PRODORDCONF_CANCEL

are listed. Hence, synchronous reversal should be supported.

Synchronous goods movements is relatively fresh functionality. Therefore some bumps might be expected down the road.

What steps I need to do to reverse the movement? Shall I run MIGO with 102 movement?

Hello ewmzamana Yes, that is basically it. You post reversal in MIGO and it goes synchronously to EWM.
