results of finite Heuristic

Dear Experts

I am trying to go deeper in the understanding of Heu finite algorithm running it on the SAP best practices 2108 on FG126.but I am getting unexpected results.Hope someone could help

Network :DC 3710 equally split the demand between the 2 sources 1310,1010

Outbound customer demand is not propagated in finite Heuristic.it seems is done like optimizer!! (refer picture above)

1. Net demand is not matching hte Dependent demand and there is not target stock or inventory correction or any adjustement.what could be the cause?
2. even with no consensus demand the demand on the productive sites is always matching the available capacity.why?
