Reset (planned) picking status when cancelling WT for PDO

Hello everyone,

is it possible to reset the picking status (DCI) and planned picking status (DER) when cancelling the warehouse task for picking in EWM 9.2?

Currently the system behaves as follows:

When a WT for picking is created the planned picking status is set to 9 (completed) and picking status remains 1 (not started):

When this WT is cancelled the status for planned picking, picking and goods issue are set to 9 (completed), making it impossible to create another WT for this PDO:

I'm almost certain that our newer EWM-Systems don't behave like this - how can I reset those status to the initial status after cancelling the WT?

Hi Tim, sure, after cancellation status planned picking and picking should be 1. You can check if all document flow records are written in the item. Probably docflow has to be corrected. But if it is reproducible, and behaves always how you describe it, it could be some issue in the system ( development, or maybe some bug which can be corrected with OSS Note )
