Reprinting Hu-Label Using Warehouse Monitor

When going into handling unit from stock and bin tab. In the worklist (more methods) I choose Re-print but from there when it takes me to a different screen, I am unsure of what to do next to reprint the HU. If someone could please help, I am also new to using EWM so if you could be very detailed that would be very helpful!

Hi Luis,

On that different screen, there is a Details button. Select the line and push the Details button.
We need 3 data from there:

• Application Name
• Action Profile
• Action Definition

You have to check and set the printer for this exact action definition.
I suggest you to search on http://help.sap.com with keywords

• printer determination for Handling Units
• printer selection for Handling Units
• condition technique printing

SPRO: SAP Extended Warehouse Management → Cross-Process Settings →Handling Units → Basics →Print

The printer can be determined on multiple levels, and if it is not determined, the system will search for the right printer based on the next level. As far as I know, the printer determination sequence is the following in EWM:

1. Hardcoded
2. BAdI
3. Condition record: here you can fill the printer field or you can leave it empty, it is not a mandatory field. So if it is not filled, we continue searching for the printer →
4. Spool
5. Printer assigned to the warehouse
6. Printer assigned to the system user.

2. Reprint Handling Unit
3. Select the one line of already executed printing PPFs that fulfills your need.
4. Repeat Action button
5. A new line is created
6. Select the new line with yellow icon
7. Execute action button

Thank you! It looks like it worked but how do I find the printer it was sent to and how do I change the printer I want it to be sent to? Thank you again for the help!
