Reorder Point/Rounding Value in the same Plant with two different Purchasing Groups/Storage Location

Hi Everyone,for first sorry for my bad english, here is my question bellow, hope all of you will help me to get the answer.

I am working at a company with the same Plant, but with two different location in SAP and physically,the main problem is that both Spare Parts warehouses have some common material masters,but different Purchasing groups and storage locations, I want to know is there a way to set Reorder Point/Rounding Value for common Material Masters for each purchasing group and storage location in part????? Now at the moment then I have for example on MM 143246 an amount of 7 pieces on first storage location and 8 on other and the reorder point/rounding value is 5/5, it doesn't work becouse in sum we have 15 pieces and SAP thinks that its not the time for the reorder to be activated.
