Removing technical name from Application Job Template display when running from IBP Excel add-in

Dear All,

Does anyone know how to hide the technical name of an application job template displayed in Excel add-in?

It's unnecessary for planners to see (or even for support team), so there's no reason it should be displayed for all users:

Best regards

Hi,

This appears by default in current excel version. It is planned to be fixed in 1808.

Thanks,

Rohit

Hi - refreshing the topic as apparently it's still not fixed. Is there any configuration/known workaround to this?

Hello,

I see a global config called as APJT under SCHEDULING parameter group. Couldn't find any help related to that. Not sure if this will solve the issue. May be someone from SAP can weigh in.

Thanks,

Hi Uthaman,

The parameter APJT controls whether the application job template can be scheduled from Excel UI. Please refer below link.

Setting this parameter value to TRUE doesn't resolve the mentioned issue.

Thanks Piyush. I referred the 1805 version help and it wasn't there. Anyway, Rohit responded that the question will be resolved in 1808.
