Remove the approval for purchase requisitions

I want to remove the release(status:03 in release) for purchase requisitions.

Process: External Operations ,Subcontracting process in Production

A purchase requisition is automatically generated from the production order(CO01), but when creating a purchase order from the purchase requisition, an error occurs because the purchase requisition is not approved(released). Therefore, I want to proceed without approval for the purchase requisition. Please advise.

The status comes from Release Procedure (MM-PUR-GF) You can't just "remove" the statuts. As the purchase requisition is relevant for a release procedure, it needs to be released - Releasing Purchase Requisitions

If those purchase requisitions should not be realy released, the release procedure configuration needs to be updated - SPRO: Materials Management -> Purchasing -> Purchase Requisition -> Release Procedure -> ...

Thank you for your advice.

Is release always required for PRs generated by the CO01 production order?
For example, standard purchase requisitions and subcontracting PRs were created without released (release status: 02Active) and POs were created, but the above PR has an release status of 03. I would like to change the release status to 02.

Release depends on the configuration I've provided previously. It's not like that release is always required for PRs generated from production orders. It all depends on the release procedure configuration.
