Remove multiple quanitites of pallet

Hi all ,

I have a scenerio such a given below.

100 PC = 1 PAL

Sales order and outbound delivery are created 120 PC.

When i pick up , i need to pick up 200 pc which equal to 2 pallet. Then, i will transfer 1 pallet to packing storage type to divide pallet.

Currently, sap pick up 2 pallet but 1 pallet is picked with partial quantity 20 pc. Remaining quantity is waiting same storage bin with 80 pc. I do not want to use this model.

I want to pick 2 HU with full quantity. What is your suggestion ?

We have a button in storage type removal side in WM but i can not find this function EWM 😞 During stock removal the entire quant is to be removed from storage , regardless of the quantity required.

Scenerio details :

031 Unit of measure = PC

041 UOM = PAL

I created outbound delivery 4 PC.

I want to rounding up to full pallet (1PAL) = 5 PC when i create WT !

However, alternative unit shown such a 031 , it must be 041 . Why ?

I will share my related configurations.

QIC = 4

The suggestion (and the only thing I really know that it works) is to use a pick-point.

Hi Juergen Pitz ,

I change WPT configuration such a given below.

Now, SAP round up to quantity classification 4 = PAL.

I get an error message /SCWM/TO_WHR (024) overpicking is not allowed for WT

I continue with debug and round up to 1 PAL = 5 PC that WT is created.

Where can i manage overpicking and partial picking with configuration or master data ?

Note : I will try pick point then update you.

Hi Juergen Pitz ,

After change WPT round whole units to 5 and QIC = pallet in storage type, i get error message.

To figure it out , i fill out overdelivery tolerance in customer master data / BP.

Everything is ok now !

2 wt is created with full pallet 5 PC = 1 PAL regardless of delivery quantity 6 PC.
