Remove Legal Control block via User Exit

Dear experts,

According to the master data and settings my sales order item is blocked for legal control within new HANA system (S/4 HANA 2022 FPS01😞

Schedule Line 1 (Item 10) is blocked by Legal Control (Intern. Trade)

Message No. /SAPSLL/PLUGINR3039

Diagnosis

You want to create a document with a material, which is subject to legal control regulations and is therefore blocked.

System Response

The system blocked this schedule line in accordance with the settings you have maintained in your international trade configuration.

Check or release the block in the 'Analyze and Resolve Blocked Documents - Trade Compliance' app. For more information, please contact your trade compliance specialist.

Within old ECC system I had the possibility to exclude some combinations related to receiving country and material classification. This seems not to be possible in HANA without SAP GTS.

Does anyone have experiences to remove the legal control relevance when saving a sales order doc via user exit? I assumed that it will work with USEREXIT_SAVE_DOCUMENT & USEREXIT_SAVE_DOCUMENT_PREPARE  within SAPMV45A when I clear fields YVBAP-TOTAL_LCCST, YVBAK-TOTAL_LCCST and XVBAK-TOTAL_LCCST.

Regrettable this is not working.

I would be thankful for any hint or suggestion.
