Relation Between ATP Category Filter and Document type of Purchase orders

Hi Team,

We have a requirement where the client wants to filter specific purchase orders (basically STO's) with document type "UB" and one customized document type in the ATP alerts. In the alert configuration we can only configure the category filters that is "BI" in this case as it is related to an STO.

My question is do we have any standard functionality wherein we can maintain a relation between ATP category Filter and Document type of the purchase order. Or can we use enhance or activate any BADI to filter on specific document type for ATP alerts in /SAPAPO/AMON1

Hello,

There is no document type in APO, there we have only ATP category.

There is no standard functionality wherein we can maintain a relation between ATP category and Document type.

May be you can explore the BAdi like

BAdI /SAPAPO/AM_SET_PRIO method MODIFY_ALERT_PRIORITY

BAdi /SAPAPO/AM_ALERTLIST Method MODIFY_ALERTLIST
