Reference Product Field in Service Calls

Hi community,

We are using S/HANA Public Cloud with FSM. We don't have equipment or functional location as reference product, instead we will use material IDs as reference product in service orders. The field is available in S/4 HANA however, I can't seem to find it in FSM. There are only equipment and functional location available in service calls in FSM. Just wanted to check if I am missing it or it is not available?
