redundant materials quantity not appearing on the system

Hi Great Minds. kindly assist me here.

I have redundant materials that I want to write off but now some materials are already deleted on the system with no movement. Does SAP automatically delete the materials that have not moved for too long on system?

Hello @pakiso10 

SAP doesn't delete materials by itself, automagically. If the materials are really deleted, you must have some archiving procedure implemented.
