Reason Codes window in 6.3 version

Hello Experts:

Our system just went from 4.0 to 6.3 version

We have activated the feature to see the the Reason code and comment window when saving data in excel.

This is not working as expected in 6.3, the parameter SUPPRESS_RC_COMMENT is not enabled, and we are not seeing the window.

Hopefully you can share any experience with this issue.

you say the parameter is not enabled, meaning you have deleted it? Line must be deleted, and not only the value X removed
