Is it possible to re-open and re-assign a work item that has been already processed and closed?

Hi,
in collection management, specialist can assign and reassign the work list items. if item processed or closed. this item will not be open item. to reassign, you need to rest cleared items in FI.

I believe you can re-trigger workflow but not reopen a logically deleted work item.
