Ratings from multiple credit rating agencies

Hello Experts,

For a particular BP with UKM000 role (SAP credit management), we have ratings from different credit rating agencies (e.g S&P, Moodys etc). Requirement is such that we need to use one particular rating (say S&P) at a time for calculation of score though all the ratings needs to be stored in the BP master data in external rating section. The rating that needs to be used for calculation of score needs to be marked in the BP master data (UKM_BP).

As i understand, the default column in external rating information can be used for the same. however this is grayed out & unavailable for selection.

For the calculation of the score you would need to include a formula with a condition like:

RATING( Business Partner, 'RATING' ), where 'RATING' should be the Rating Procedure, i.e. S&P or MOODYS, or any other Credit agency rating you may want to use.
