Railcar unit creation automatically out of FU document

Hi All,

Currently we are creating FU document automatically out of delivery document via FUBR condition (FUBR rule), but we would like to create rail car unit automatically when the FU was created for delivery.

Basically we want to create both FU and Rail car unit automatically as soon as delivery document is created.

currently we are drag and drop the FU into rail car resource in cockpit to create rail car unit for freight unit document .

Please share your thoughts to create Rail car unit automatically as soon as the freight unit was created for delivery document.

Hi Kumar,

Please use this as a reference

Use Document Type : RC (Railcar) in your FUBR.

Result: Railcar is created instead of a Freight Unit. This functionality works for different objects like Containers, Trailers or Freight Order etc. Example: assign a Container Unit Document in your FUBR and result will be that a Container Unit will be generated.

Just to clarify, why do you want both objects FU and RCU? Why don't you just create a RCU during freight unit building?
