Quota / Incorrect planning figures

Hello guys,

I have a quota of 80/20 in favor of the supplier 1225337.
However the planning only carried out by the supplier 132250.

Hello

You have a base quantity allocated for supplier 1225337, so the quota arrangement is creating more proposals for vendor 132250 to adjust the allocated quantity according to the quotas.

1. Pls check the background configuration for Lot size, Normally the "EX" will not split the Quota.

And pls check the No splitting Quota scenario .

2.If you want to split the Quota,  you can create a new Lot size “ES”， and change the lot size of the materials, then it can split the Quota.

If the requirement Qty = 100, A vendor 20%, B B vendor is 80%.

Run MRP, the PR with A Vendor = 20, the PR with B Vendor = 80.
