Quota arrangement Dual Source

Can i seek your expertise and guidance how to manage Dual Source set up.What i know is we need to use the quota arrangement if we have this scenario .

However, every time that the Actual volume is changing vs Contractual Vols, do I need to manually adjust the percentage share between 2 sites ?

Dear George, please provide more details. Are you using SNP Heuristic, SNP-Optimizer or CTM or any other planning module? SNP Heuristic is not considering the allocated quantity at all, just applying the quota for each net demand individually while SNP-OPT tries to fulfill the quota at the end of the planning horizon while CTM considers the source location first which has the biggest deviation to the desired quota.

Also please explain the terms "actual volume" and "contractual volume".
