How to default the "Use Lot Size Setting From Heuristics" flag in /SAPAPO/RRP3 after you have manually started the product heuristic.”

Required data for PPDS setup has been configured. In material master 'Advance planning' and product Heuristic assigned (SAP_PP_Q001).

Product heuristic “SAP_PP_002” is also not useful to activate / flag the “Use lot size setting from heuristic”

Using heuristic we maintain quota but this activity is also not useful to activate / flag the “Use lot size setting from heuristic”.

Hi Ganesh,

As far as I know this is standard . If you hover around the push button of "Product Heuristic" , it clearly says "Execute Heuristic from Product Master " as in SAP_PP_002 those are the settings that are defined. In case you want to select the check box related to "Use lot size settings from Heuristic", I would recommend you to choose the option of variable heuristic. Where in you can also choose your heuristics that have been defined in your user profile and also the option of "Use Lot size settings from Heuristic", or you can also create your own heuristic i.e. a copy of standard lot and using the variable heuristic button execute it based on the definitions of your custom heuristic.
