"strSapEPMAddInOfficeNotFound" during install "APO Excel Client 1.0", with "EPM Add-In" installed

When trying to install APOEXCELCLIENT01 (APOEXCELCLIENT01_0-20011995.EXE) which is downloaded via Software Downloads, APO EXCEL CLIENT 1.0, I receive the following error (see screenshot) when trying to execute that executable (SAP Front End Installer).

Your system does not fulfill the prerequisites for the chosen components:

• strSapEPMAddInOfficeNotFound

However, if I open an Office app such as Microsoft Excel 16.0.14326.20852, then I find that the COM Add-in "EPM add-in for Microsoft Office" is installed in C:\Users\ABC-username-XYZ\AppData\Local\Programs\SAP BusinessObjects\EPM Add-in\FPMXLClient.Shim.dll

How do I complete installation of APO EXCEL CLIENT 1.0 please?

Please note I also have the SAP IBP, Add-In for Microsoft Excel installed and operational.
