"Historical Status is invalid" message while generating PDS for iPPE Structure with Change Number

Hi,

   We are Testing ECM in iPPE with parameter effectivity, we have maintained a change number for the structure nodes in product structure. While generating PDS for iPPE structure with ECM (Parameter effectivity) , system through message for Structure node "historical status is invalid" in log.

If we used the same iPPE structure with ECM without Parameter Effectivity, PDS got generated successfully. But when we create change number with parameter effectivity, we are getting "Historical status is not valid".
