"Create" button greyed out in "Projected Stock"

What can be the reason for the button "Create" being greyed out, in the webUI app "Projected Stock", after having selected a Location Product?

Be sure to maintain a Transportation Lane for the product in the "Transporation Lane" MDT.

The value in Stock Transfer Type (for example 0 for Purchase Requisition or 7 for Stock Transfer, will determine which T-.., that is Temporary documents you will be able to "Create").

Subsequently, after having "Created" the temporary documents ... if your Integration Model is set-up correctly in S/4 (verify also via CFM5 if the relevant Object exists in your IM) and in IBP your Integration Profile is set-up correctly (verify Outbound Systems > Distribution Definitions > add the necessary Order Types per Location), during Real-Time Integration: Outbound, ... the change pointers should be detected, and the documents will be created without the T- prefix in S/4.
