"500 Internal server error" when I test ITS Mobile's ICF connection in "sicf" t-code

While testing the ITS Mobile application's ICF connection, after submission of user credentials, browser will get opens with "500 Internal server error". Please help to solve this

Hi Susrith, you can check RF Cookbook. Maybe some screen templates are not generated. Check short dumps for more details. Usually error 500 is a short dump.
