Queue with Error in Inbound Queue-SMQ2. Message no. SR053

Error- Purchase order item was not confirmed or was only partially confirmed.

Please help how to resolve this error.

Please refer SAP KBA - 1914811 - You transfer data from your ECC to your SCM System and you get the error message SR053? What does that mean?

Yes, while transfering data from ECC to SCM System I get the error message SR053.

Please refer the attached image for more details- after clicking on sysfail, error showing as "Purchase order item was not confirmed or was only partially confirmed" and after clicking on "?" It is showing error message SR053.

I found this queue stuck in daily monitoring activity. On daily basis, while one of the APO job is there in running status, this queue get stuck and error is " Purchase order item was not confirmed or was only partially confirmed". Does this running job has any relation with the fail queue.

Please suggest if any other possible root cause.
