Hello
In Transportation Cockpit we cannot find any value in the field Quantity and Alternative Quantity.
The requirement is to have the item quantity visible here.
No idea where this field refers to, any suggestions/help is appreciated.
Thank you.

Good afternoon,
My name is Rakell Souza.
I am from Brazil.
Nice to meet you!
I will try to help you.
It looks like you are facing an issue in SAP Transportation Management (SAP TM), specifically in the Transportation Cockpit (TC), where the Quantity and Alternative Quantity fields are empty.
Check if the data is being correctly populated:
Ensure that the Freight Units (FU) or Freight Orders (FO) have assigned quantities.
In SAP TM, quantities usually come from Sales Orders (SO) or Deliveries (DTR - Delivery-based Transportation Requirements).
Check the Planning Profile Settings:
In the Transportation Cockpit, click on Change Profile Selection → Verify if the quantity display is enabled in the profile settings.
Try switching the planning profile to another one that may display the quantities.
Validate Master Data and Documents:
Ensure that the products are correctly configured with Units of Measure (UoM) and that the quantities are set in the Document Flow.
Verify if the Material Master Data has the correct unit of measure for transportation.
Check the Transport Document Data:
Go to the corresponding Freight Unit or Freight Order and verify if the quantities are registered there.
Display Hidden Columns:
Click on Display Settings and check if the Quantity and Alternative Quantity columns are hidden.
Technical Validation (BOPF Debugging):
If the data actually exists in the Freight Unit or Freight Order but does not appear in the cockpit, debugging in BOPF might be necessary to check the data structure.
If none of these options solve the issue, it could be a SAP TM configuration problem or even a technical error that requires SAP support. 🚀
