Quality inspection before Ship notice

Dear Experts , 

We are implementing Quality inspection before ship notice in the system , We have followed all the steps instructed by sap Ariba for the same , the configuartion performed in sap system are 

1) Maintained the Creation of Event type linkage for Inspection lot.

2) Maintaied the change Event type linkage for inspection lot.

3)Maintained event type linkage for usage decision.

4)Maintained outbound parameter for Outbound transactions.

I am not able to generated Quality inspection request in proxy (SRT_moni) , I have put a breakout for the function module ARBCIG_EXT_EVENT_INSP_LOT_CRTD , which is responsible for creating the proxy , but it is not hitting the breakpoint. 

My thought process is , i might be missing a Output configuration as for all other document type( PO, GR , SES ,ERP SES) there is a Output process ( nace) but cannot see any Nace Configuration for Quality inspection, please let me know how i can proceed here.

Note: I am using Qi07 to generate the Quality Inspection lot , is this the correct T-code or is there anyother T-code to generate the same
