Qty Uploaded successfully but not able to see in template

Hello Experts,

I have uploaded some qty against one figure via data integration app and it has been successfully uploaded ,but m not able to see these qty in template,then i have checked master data UoM,Product,Customer source its maintained ,then i have checked planning object with key figure data there i can see the qty against that key figure, but not able see in template its showing no data found.

So can any one suggest solution on it?

Hi Abhi,

One thing you can also try is reuploading the data for MDT Unit of Conversion Factor. Sometimes the planning objects may not have been created correctly in the backend, or they were removed by accident.

By reuploading the data, the planning objects are generated again.

Same things was happened,it was problem from backend. after reuploading master data , i m able to see data.

ok, very last trial unless you provide more detailed description of what you did and some screenshots :

as it is working in production, and I assume you have the exact same configuration in place, it is not related to config but to data

Try to change the values for UoM conversion for the products , save and set them back to the correct values and save,

i have uploaded same file with same master data and key figure calculation in developmnent system,

there i can see qty in template only problem with production sysytem

most common error is UoM conversion factor is not maintained.
If you checked that, most common error (assuming the KF has UoM configuration set up) is that in the key figure calculation you did not set it up correctly, mainly in the request level you need to show the calculation from the xxxUOMTO-level and input as calculated, plus calculation on that level must exist
If that is correct as well, often source and target for conversion in the planning levels PRODUOMTO is not set up correctly

If all that does not help, you need to post screenshots with the details

Hi Irmi

Actually for that key figure qty is displaying for other product , but i have created new product and UoM is also maintained the issue is that only not able to see data for new products.
