QA11 - Error during partial lot update

Hello EWM/QM Gurus,

I am trying to post Usage Decision (UD) for a partial lot by using QA11 transaction. I am able to SAVE after entering the UD (for a Handling Unit). But when I enter into the transaction again I am getting an error "Internal session terminated with a runtime error RAISE_EXCEPTION (see ST22)". I have checked the dump and getting the below message .

I am doing this (inside QA11) by using the button 'EWM Inspection' to call a dialog box for entering a decision and EWM follow-up action

Can anyone please help me to resolve the issue.
