Putaway - Storage type Mixed storage

Is there an option to set a sequence for mixed storage?

In the storage type, I set the mixed storage.

First, the system putaway in the bin, using the option:
1-Several Non -Mixed HUs with the Same Product/Batch:

Then if there is no other bin available due capacity check, with the same batch, the system use the following option:
2-Several HUs with Different Batches of the Same Product:
The idea is that when there is no other empty bin and all contain the same batch.
that the system allows the mixing of batches in the bin (same product).

There is an option of creating 2 storage type with the 2 options and creating a putaway strategy sequence using first option 1 and then 2. But I need 1 bin capacity or that the 2 bins of the storage types shares the capacity.
