Putaway before usage decision for wm stock

For one of the project in SAP S/4HANA Cloud, public edition, I have a need to put away the stock in warehouse before UD. So the requirement is:

1. We perform goods receipt (with inbound delivery or synchronous). Stock appears in GR-AREA bin. If 01 inspection type is configured, inspection lot is created.

2. I want to putaway the stock (already with type Q) from GR-AREA to final bin.

3. As per current setup, system forces the stock to go from GR-AREA to S820 (quality area or Q-ZONE) and then finally perform putaway when UD is made.

The requirement is to avoid Q-zone. Stock should be with stock type 'unrestricted' only when UD is released. but it should be able to be posted to final bin anyways.

It is possible manually. Automatic is not possible because of access strategy. It is having stock type alone as first preference. Is there any setting possible for this? I can change access strategy for sure but I am not sure if some direct configuration is also possible.

Hello,
This can be achieved by changing the access strategy. One should have now sequence 0 which is more refined than just 'stock type' as standard CE provides.
