Push Notifications not working in SAP Work Manager 6.4 with CS 2.3 on WPF Client

Hi,

I am trying to enable the push notifications on the SAP WM 6.4 CS 2.3 , We are using the SMP SP11. I have checked all of the configurations needed for enabling the push .

The service event subscription agent settings in the editor and configpanel I have only changed the port from standard to the one which is open on my system. rest of the the setting is all the same given in the Push configuration document. I have enabled the polling interval as well in the editor and the client is made "stay connected to server " in the transmit configuration for angel and angel lite .

When trying to push the errors printed on the logs are as follows:

Hi Deepak,

Verify the ScenarioID filter is active/configured correctly for the related push MDO in configuration panel.

We have applied the corrections what is mentioned in SAP Note 2262638

We are getting below error now:

com.syclo.agentry.BusinessLogicException: NotificationPushForEventSteplet - No push scenario name found in PUSH section of ConfigurationManager for push named NotificationPushForEvent

We are using SAP WM 641 with CS 23.

In Admin portal there are no entries in Push Scenario Monitor section also.

Any other way to fix this issue?

Hi Deepak,

Verify SAP Note 2262638 - SAP Work Mgr - Unable to receive notification objects using the push mechanism.
