Push notifications for service orders in Customer Service 2.3 with WM 6.4.1

Hi,

We are working on SAP Work Manager 6.4.1 with Customer Service 2.3. Oder Assignment type is 4.

We are working on Push Notifications.

After releasing the order we can see the order in Push Instance Monitoring search results with Status showing as "Process". We can see the User active connection in SMP cockpit also. But in subscriber view section of Push Instance monitoring "Middleware Server Connected By User" is empty.

As it is empty we are not receiving any Push Notifications in Work Manager application.

Any idea why Middleware Server Connected By User is empty?

Hi Shyam,

This seems like a backend issue. Have you done any tracing and debugging in the ERP system.

Hi Shyam,

There was with guid Middleware Server Serial No is required for mobile user. The solution is in newer SMP 3.0 Service Pack release SP 12 PL02.
Please check your Server Version.

Hi Subash,

Our SMP server version is 3.0.12.2.

When we release new PM notifications we can see our server in subscriber view section of Push Instance monitoring "Middleware Server Connected By User". But when we release a new service order "Middleware Server Connected By User" is empty.
