Purpose of control parameters of warehouse number / Warehouse attributes such as weight unit, volume unit, time unit & length?
are these fields modifiable? if not, if we maintain 'KG' as my warehouse attribute then what is the reason? I am maintaining different measures for products. explain me this concept in detail please.
Hi,
"Purpose of control parameters of warehouse number / Warehouse attributes such as weight unit, volume unit, time unit & length?"
Did you check the F1 help? There is not much, but I think it makes it clear for what it is used. Weight and volume is for capacity checks - ok, the text is not very helpful. But this is also weight and volume which is shown in the warehouse management monitor.
Time is for time calculation in WOs, length for distance calculation.

And it is EWM. NOT eWM - Duh!
And if your question includes the word "transfer order" - do NOT tag the question with Extended Warehouse Management!
