Hello Saabriti

System will delete all the key figure data older than the Purge Timestamp field. There are two operators PCH and PURGE available now which can be used to purge the data in the batch mode.

Thanks

Thanks Praveen, Rohit, and Avijit for the clarification.

Is it necessary to explicitly define this option for a planning area in configuration?

Hi Saabitri,

If you want to purge data then only you have to explicitly define and excute the job in the Data Integration screen (go throught the help document),there is no such option in planning area configuration tab.
