Hello Gurus,

Is there any way to transfer the commited date and quantity (table EBAN-DAT05 and EBAN-MNG06) of Purchase Requisition from ECC to APO? And then to run ATP check based on that date?

Thanks!

Dear Brahmankar,

Thanks for your reply.

We perform ATP check in APO for Finished Goods Planned orders if all required components are available by date of planned production start. ATP check take into account components PRs as a receipts. In APO side PR has three dates.

In ECC side there is also another date exists - committed date EBAN-DAT05.

Can we transfer this date to APO and run ATP check basing on that date?

Thank you!

Hello,

Why don't you have the planned delivery time in STR? Have you performed ATP check on STR?

Purchase requisition with confirmed quantity is created in APO and transported to ERP if perform ATP check in APO.

Purchase requisition, confirmed quantities and dates are updated and taken into account during future availability checks.

During ECC inbound processing the ATP check is triggered and APO scheduling is triggered using the delivery date of requested line (requested delivery date) as a base date for calculation of other dates including the confirmation date (commited date) and material stagging date Based on the material stagging date the dates for the confirmation line are calculated using APO scheduling (atp scheduling) leading to calculation of confirmation delivery date (desired delivery date).

In case of No rescheduling is not set for direction ECC to APO (tx. cifpucust02) the dates are passed to APO.

Please refer SAP note 498149 - FAQ: Availability check in purchasing and 1342195 - Stock transfers in purchasing: Scheduling in APO
