Purchase order history report

Dear All,

I am trying to fetch a purchase order history report. I tried various transactions like ME80FN, ME2M etc. But output is not per the expectations.

The requirement is to display the PO history having sperate entries for good receipts, delivery cost, invoice etc. From above transactions I was not able to get the delivery cost entries. If there is no standard report, I can develop a query but being new to SCM I am not sure about the tables. Attached is the screen shot of the PO history for which I am looking to populate in a report or SQ01 query.

Look at logical database ERM to get a clear database table list (used for Archiving, don't use it in your code as that's obsolete technology)

You need to join these tables:

EKKO Purchasing Document Header

EKPO Purchasing Document Item

EKBE History per Purchasing Document

With EBELN and EBELP

It does not give the expected resulted. What I'm looking is to display separate entries for delivery cost and goods receipts. Basically, the way it is represented in the PO history (screen shot is attached in the question).

But if I look at EKBE we have the result as

I found it. Table to get the delivery cost is EKBZ.
