PSA step completed then its not triggering the next step which is DTP step

Hi Everyone,

in my process chain, Info package is executed successfully in the background but it fails in the foreground. this resulting to not trigger the next step which is DTP step.

More details:

Step1: Start PC

step2: Run Info package

step3: Run DTP

in Info package display messages-> i can see that the job(BI_PROCESS_LOADING) is finished, but its not creating any event to start the next step.

when i contacted to SAP, they said as "the event which was triggered by info package got deleted. Kindly trace how the event is getting deleted"

Please help me to fix this issue.

Hi Abhishaik,

yes, i am able to end the info packaged step by using option "End process again". if i do that then the event is triggering to start DTP step.

Is it possible to post the error screenshots and also, are you able to trigger the loads manually?
