propagate attachment from FWO to FU and FO

Dear all,

We have a carrier scenario where we register the customer's transportation requirement by creating a FWO(TRQ object). Many times we ask the customer for a picture of the cargo so we can see which means of transport suits the requirement the best and we can also check if everything is properly packed. We put the picture as an attachment in the forwarding order. However we also would like it to have it on the Freight order(TOR object). I did some testing but attachments are not propagated to the Freight units and Freightorders. Is this possible? And if it is, is it also possible to publish the attachments on the collaboration portal(in case we outsource the transport)? To be honest I think it is quite complicated also because one FWO can lead to multilpe FU's and multiple FU's from multiple FWO's can be merged in one FO.

Another option might be to put attachments on item level in the FWO, but as far as I know this is not possible. I also have been thinking to use the business context viewer, but my idea is that this is more for masterdata.

Any Suggestions?

Freight order attachments appear in the TM Collaboration Portal if their Visiblity Type is set as "External."

For propagating the images, you could consider using a freight order creation strategy which would read the associated FWOs to fetch the attachments and save them to the FO.

to propagate the attachments from the FWO to the FO can be done with customizing or an enhancement is need it?
