Promotion in Analyze Promotions App is not editable

Hello,

I have an issue that promotion, created in Analyze Promotions app is not editable, pencil is greyed out.

I faced earlier such issue for one of the users, but it was question of permissions. Now it's greyed out for me as well, although I have authorizations of administrator.

Do you know what could be the root cause?

I have raised ticket to SAP.  The issue in my promotion was, that only one product from the all products, mentioned in promotion has values, all others not. According to the IBP functionality it is not possible to create new values in already created promotion, this is why it is locked for editing.

Reason why only one product has values is, that promotion has been created not in base unit of measure and only one this product has conversion maintained.
