production version not integrating in APO

Hi can someone help me and provide proble issue related to Production version,

so for i have done these steps:

Steps has been taken to resolve production version issue:

1.       I have compare master data of material xxxx with material xxxx(
In QAS). Replicate scenario on QAS.

2.       Also compare material master of xxxx with yyy,in same Plant LAC1.

3.       Compare Bom, routing, workcenter fields setting of 19436 with 392,389, 422.

4.       Have checked Prodcution version validity date and its lock or unlock

5.       Bom and its component validity date

6.       Routing Validity date

7.       Has checked prerequisite masters in APO like- Product, Location, Resource, before coiffing Production Version.

8.       In the work center, formulas for scheduling and capacity have been checked for operations.

Hi Vijeet,

Here have you followed the sequence recommended by SAP for CIF transfer, if not please try doing that, might solve your issue.

Try ciffing whatever is relevent in your case but in this same sequence, please let me know if this resolves you issue.
