Production source header

Hi All

I have maintained production source with source type U but its not considering lead time in heuristic

So which data i need to maintain in production source header so it will consider lead time?

I don't want to maintain location source for this product id

Hi Abhijit,

Which Lead time you want the system to take into consideration.

1. To consider Production Lead time Source Type should be maintained as 'P'

2/ To consider Sourcing Lead time maintained in Location Source MDT you need to maintain the T Lanes.

Apart from this is there any other lead time you need to system to consider.

U Source type is for External source (Vendor) which are not modeled as node in IBP, hence thier lead time may not be considered by the system. Incase you want it to consider I would suggest to model the vendors as location and maintain the lead time in T Lanes.
